24 Ways To Raise your Vibration

The quantity and quality of our energy flow deeply affects our emotions, thoughts and reactions. The quality of our relationships, productivity, creativity and health all depend upon creating a high level of harmoniously flowing energy. Raising one’s vibration is a concept often associated with spiritual and holistic practices. It refers to elevating one’s overall energy frequency or consciousness to a higher, more positive level. Here are some key aspects, practices or techniques that  will aid us in building a freer and more positive energy flow and raise your vibrations:

1. Proper Diet

  • Few of us realize the powerful effect of a proper diet not only on our physical health, but also on our emotional, mental and spiritual states. A clean diet can create greater health, more positive emotional states, clearer mental functioning, and increased spiritual attunement.    

2. Vitamins and minerals

  • If we suspect our emotional state may also be the result of a worn down nervous system, we might benefit from a strong multivitamin and mineral supplement for one month.

3. Fasting

  • We can dramatically improve how we feel with short one-day fasts, or a “mono-diet” in which we eat only one type of food, such as apples, watermelon or grapes. When fasting, some may experience an increase of symptoms if a “healing crisis” is provoked. A beginner in this process should be assisted by an experienced guide.

4.  Drink water

  •  It is known that water is an energetic form of life. When you drink water, you cleanse your body of toxins, and automatically raise your vibration. Additionally, drink water with lemon every day, because lemon is a powerful antioxidant, and removes negative energy in the long term.

5. Herbs, Flower Essence or essential oils

  • Sage tea can have a positive effect on your vibration level and other such herbs can be very calming and/or invigorating. Using flower essences or essential oils with specific properties and uses can offer an extra boost which may give us the needed optimism we need to make internal changes.


6.  Daily Physical Exercise

  • The body is a living machine, and like all machines, it needs to move or it will begin to develop problems. Exercise is essential not only for a healthy muscular, skeletal, and circulatory system, but also for a relaxed nervous system and balanced endocrine system.
  • This systemic harmony is necessary for emotional and mental peace. Taking care of your physical health through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep contributes to a higher vibrational state. A healthy body supports a healthy mind and spirit.

7. Massage

  • Shiatsu massage, polarity massage, and other such energy-oriented types of massage can be especially effective in relaxing the nervous system and reducing negativity.

8. Breathing Techniques

  • These are essential for the abundant flow of vital energy throughout the body and mind. Bio-energy is the basis of all physical and mental functions.
  • Breathing exercises are one of the most effective ways to increase our energy level and keep it steady and harmonious so we will be less susceptible to low emotional states or illness. We should, however, have the guidance of a person experienced in breathing techniques before we begin.

9. Meditation

  • Regular meditation and visualization practices can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and raise your vibration. Visualization techniques often involve imagining yourself surrounded by light or picturing positive outcomes.
  • You can practice meditations related to balancing the chakras or our energy centers or you can simply do a very simple, cleansing meditation. Sit still and free yourself from all the worries you have, and simply inhale…exhale… With meditation, you can also practice mudras. Mudra is a ritual gesture in Hinduism and Buddhism that aligns us with an intention.

10. Daily Deep Relaxation

  • This will calm the muscles, nerves and all other bodily systems, and thus rejuvenate the body and the mind. Deep relaxation, in conjunction with the above-mentioned techniques, contributes to the development of a strong and healthy immune system as well as a form of self-therapy from psychosomatic illnesses.
  • Here we can consider practicing mindfulness and being present in the moment which can help raise vibration. It involves letting go of worries about the past or future and focusing on the here and now.

11. Creative Self Expression

  • This is much more important to our physical, emotional and spiritual health and harmony than most people imagine. Humans are creative beings. Our purpose on Earth is to create in some way.
  • We might create a painting, a piece of music, a dance, a family, a business,ect. Creative self-expression is essential for our health, harmony and happiness.

12. Meaningful Activity

  • This is necessary for us to feel that our life is worth living. If we do not see what we are doing as meaningful, useful or helpful in some way, we lose our reason to exist, and our health and happiness gradually deteriorate.
  • For example, discover something you enjoy doing, and do it daily. Make a list of at least 5 things you like to do, and do at least 1 of them every day.

13. Energy Healing Modalities

  • Practices such as Reiki, acupuncture, crystal healing and other energy healing modalities are believed to help balance and raise the body’s energy, contributing to an elevated vibrational state.

14. Cleansing Techniques

  • One simple method is to increase the number of showers or baths. Contact with water can be healing and calming.
  • For example you can take a regular Bath with epsom salt (2 handfuls of salt in a bathtub).

15. Purify the air

  • Ozonate your room or additionally, consider alternative air purification methods

16. Smudging and candles

  • Smudging is a technique that uses smoke from burning herbs to make a space pure. Special sticks, which are for energy cleaning, or vibration raising, or sage, palo santo etc.  Special candles, they can even be simple, each coloured candle for example has its role and meaning. You can find them on specialized shops or websites.

17. Surroundings and Environment

  • The energy of your surroundings can impact your vibration. Spending time in nature as much as possible ( try to meditate in nature, eat in nature, etc) , decluttering your living space, and surrounding yourself with uplifting and positive elements can contribute to a higher vibrational state.

18. Emotional Release

  • We might need to partake in a program of emotional release under the guidance of an experienced professional or therapist, who can help us release pent up emotions which undermine our health and energy level.
  • Free yourself from the past and all the guilt you feel towards certain events from the past. If you don’t, it’s like going through life with a rock tied to your feet.
  • Emotions play a significant role in our vibrational frequency. Cultivating positive emotions such as love, joy, gratitude, and compassion can contribute to a higher vibrational state.

19. Social Harmonization

  • We need to discover and overcome any fears or beliefs that prevent us from feeling comfortable with others.

20. Self Knowledge

  • We need to understand our own inner mechanisms, needs, desires, fears, expectations, beliefs and subconscious workings in order to free ourselves from the negative emotions, mechanisms, which undermine our health, happiness and relationships.
  • Take responsibility for everything that happens in your life, and don’t blame others. No matter what  unfortunate situation that you are experiencing at this moment, even if on a physical level it is not your fault, you have attracted it on a vibrational level. So, find out what attracted that situation and what is the lesson needed to be understood.
  •  Learn to forgive. It is inevitable that we make mistakes. Even you, at some point, intentionally or not, made a mistake towards another human being. Remember that we become what we think. Learn to control your thoughts, so that you can lead a happy life and prosper on all levels.

21. Limiting Negative Influences

  • Minimizing exposure to negative influences, whether in the form of people, media, or environments, can help maintain a higher vibrational frequency.
  • Surround yourself with positive people, who have what you want, or always have the right mood to solve any unforeseen situation that may arise.

22. Spiritual Orientation

  • We are spiritual beings having a human experience and each of us has their own personal relationship with the universe. Whether or not we adhere to any particular religion, it is important for our inner balance that we feel and cultivate our relationship with the whole as humanity, as nature, or as Spirit.
  • Gratitude Practice: Expressing gratitude for the positive aspects of life can shift your focus from lack to abundance, raising your overall vibration. Consider keeping a gratitude journal or taking a moment each day to reflect on what you are thankful for.
  • For example, every morning you could thank God or the Universe for everything you have, and expect to receive more and more. Don’t focus on the shortcomings.

23. Enlightening The Subconscious

  • This aspect of self-improvement usually requires an experienced professional who can help us reprogram the subconscious with positive, more objective beliefs and perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world. 
  • Positive Affirmations: Using positive affirmations and visualizations can help reprogram negative thought patterns and elevate your vibrational frequency. Affirmations are positive statements that reinforce desired beliefs and attitudes. Create them Without negations, and in the present tense. 

24. Acts of Kindness and Unconditional Love

  • Engaging in acts of kindness and compassion towards others can create a positive ripple effect, benefiting both the giver and the recipient and raising the overall energetic vibration. Do something for another person. You can always find a way to help someone else or give advice.
  • Show unconditional love towards ourselves and others is the ultimate key to a high and harmonious energy flow
